First off Enii, Remember that I'm always here for you if need someone to lean on, Sure I have plenty of my own stuff to worry about but it's because of my own hardships in my life that makes me want to help people. As for courage and confidence I'm pretty sure I lack them both to a certain extent, I seem to be doing okay though. Does this have something to do with what you wanted to talk to me about yesterday? Because I still want to make sure you got that sorted out an I AM going to help you sort out this issue here, I'm not taking no for an answer unless I am the issue, Which again... Let me know, I won't be upset or anything, I care more for my friends needs then my own, It's who I am. So please Enii, Let me know what's wrong so I can try and help you through this, I really don't like to see my friends struggle with issues.. Especially ones I can't help them with.

I am always there for you, you are an awesome friend. If something is bothering you, like hunter said, leave it up to me, Frod and hunter. We will flame the hell out of the person that is bothering you?talk to him ad tell him to stop, or we will report him.

Hey Eni. I might not be as close to you as some of your other friends, but I still care about you. I hate when people pick on other people for no reason. You can talk to me about anything if you want. I also lack confidence. Whenever I talk to anyone for the first time, I have trouble getting the words out and I look away a lot. Sometimes you just need to tell yourself that you need to do this and maybe you will be able to. If you are having a problem with someone, I will talk to them, but it seems like hunter, Frodlex, and Ditto already have that covered

I don't know you so I can be an objective third party.  What is it that's going on?  You should be more specific so we can listen and read what you have to write.  If you want ideas and suggestions, I can do that.  If you want to vent, I can do that too.

Well if you like keep your head up and believe in yourself. You can do anything ( I do not mean like fly and have super strength and stuff ) but anything. Think positive about yourself and surround yourself with people who say positive things. And if people say hurtful things , they just being haters and there will always be haters. Wow . I can't give you any advice, but I can give you encouragement.

Eniitan, your friends are your friends for a reason. They love you and want to support you. If you keep things to yourself, your struggling will cause worry to your dear friends. They're always there to give a hand, so don't be afraid to reach out. If you're having trouble finding the right word to say, then try: "[Friend name here], can I tell you something?" I can almost guarantee that your friends will be all ears.

What's a good thing about talking to your friends about your problems is that the bond between you and your friend will be greater. So don't give up.

Eniitan : Well you should do all the stuff the post above me says. Don't feel bad if you cannot speak up. I used to have that problem to. But my father help me a little. And no matter what you do or say I am almost sure that your friends will understand. And one more thing. This might be a little weird. But have you tried Jesus ? Have  A Nice Day

Eniitan : I have Asperger's Syndrome, and when I was young, I got picked on a lot.  I had no idea how to defend myself, either.  I didn't relish in any real fighting, although I had many play fights with my friends.  I had the same sort of issues with asking for what I wanted, too.  I would often think about saying something to my mother (like about buying a game), but I was too busy fearing the worst to do that.  I've found throughout the years that the times I have struggled the most are when I have been selfish.  I have to always try to be a better person than before.  If I don't, then I'll let my passions control my dreams.

Now I write poetry, and have written great poems, learning as I go.  I want to be an accomplished writer, and have become quite skilled at what I do.  Find something you're good at, and pursue that diligently!  You'll find it can pay off in spades!  My mother doesn't appreciate a lot of my poetry very much, but my Dad seems to appreciate what I do more than her, since he's a bit of a writer as well.  Find the people who lift you up, and hang around them!  Find "shiny penny friends" who will lift you up, instead of bring you down.  Don't just hang around someone because they play games with you or do something for you.  Find out who your friends are, and be a friend first.  That does seem to be something you're good at :-).

Eniitan : as soon as you say you are confident in your own skin and i am what i am the confidence will come, if someone is a jerk to you just say to yourself that you are gonna use your backbone to tell them how you feel. Much like a fighter in the ring or an athlete it's all about self confidence work even if you have to tell it to yourself or have some deep thinks to get yourself there.

Disabled to walk long distances uhm? This is not really a something to be called "Disabled". I have the same in the matter working.
My energy drains way faster then it should be.
Look Eniitan. I believe no one can help you expect yourself. I've been through this to. Guess what? Things only gotten worse wrong there.
relaying on friends is all cool and it can help but, If you really have problems with confidence, then you can better try to find things that you're un confidence with. And either or change them. Or accept them. I live in a world of people that are all bullied because they are in wheelchair or are autistic, spastic, or any kind or other disease. Even I got bullied ALOT. They even beaten me up sometimes. And to make things worse. I was only 7, they where 14-15 and there was a man just watching how I was being beaten up. He didn't do anything! Humans are disgusting uh?
But lets go back to your problem. I already se that Supernerd117 gave to advice to look for something you're good at. I think for example that you are a great cook( I saw some cakes on your face book and they looked brilliant)

You don't have to be un confidence if you know people love you, that people accept you for who you are.
You shall give less about how people think that don't like you. And think more of the people who DO like you.
It's not worth the effort to be liked by anyone in the world. You don't need anyone to like you. Tell you what..
At the time that you're about to past out and you can count all your friends on just one and, then you're a RALLY LUCKY person.
Friendship is something strange in this world. It can go, stay, betray. But the point is will they stay till the end of days?..
You don't need to think about having a lot of friends.. You have to think about true friends. That Eniitan is WAY more important quality over quantity the less, the better.

I can see at the way we talk that you're indeed un confidence. And that I notice only via Face book. But, I think you don't need to be that. You're a pretty wonderful person. You're sweet, careful, nice. There is no reason to be so un confidence! Just live your life full and true. Don't mislead yourself with to much wanting. You get what you deserve. That is what I've learned.. Hoping for things you do not need or deserve only causes Disturbings.The main basics of being confidence is accepting yourself. How you are, who you are. And what you will be/ or can be.
Don't peak about the thing's you're not, don't peak about the things you can't do. But praise yourself with the things you CAN do.
Live is to short to worry about such things.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, or if you will take this the right way.
But, I told a lot of other people the same basics of living and accepting. And for them it works.
Eniitan, If there is anything that bothers you, just say it. My English is not that great but, I'm helpful. Even to those I don't know in person.
Anyone deserves help. If they are either ally, or enemy. We are all human. And we have to protect each other, and help each other.
