Okay, so, I thought I'd start hiring team members to do seperate jobs to help the production of my hack.......... in the end, you'll have a pay of Viz  and plenty of special thanks for your efforts. We'll send the ROM between each other in order to do the seperate jobs.

Shifting all unwanted capitals to lowercase, like saying Pokemon instead of POKEMON.

They would have to use advance text to decapitalize everything. There is a rom base that already does this for you. I'm not sure if you want to start the hack over or not.

Is there anything that you have available for me? Matthew never got back to me, so I am willing to join your team. I am best with... concept designer. I know I don't know a lot about Mother... but I have a few ideas. 

What should I do exactly for "Mothermon"? Like, replacing the regular pokemon with custom sprite of mother's monster?

I just want to say, the way this is going on seems very cluttered, and a lot of people have no idea what they are doing. There is no reason for us all to be posting in a thread once we know who is doing what.

I say we start a group Skype chat (Just a text chat, no need to voice chat, but it's always an option.) This would increase efficiency by a lot, and we could be more organized and affirmative with what everyone is doing. We could have the main chat. Everyone helping with this hack would be in this chat. From Testers, to Sound Effect Artists, and then Sub Chats like Graphics Chat, Lure Chat, and so on. So then we could have constructive criticism, and not have one cluttered up chat with everyone talking about something different. Also, whoever is the lead of this project, MotherFan I assume, (Like I said, this is very confusing working on this in a thread, so I'm not too clear on the leader.) Would be in all the chats to monitor what is going on, have quality control, and hand out assignments to everyone.

If you guys would give me the okay, I would be more than happy to organize this myself.

As I have said in the past, I do not need any Viz or Cash. All of my online development is purely voluntary.
