First of all, I have to admit that this account is a duplicate account. There's one reason to do this, and that's because my other account is somewhat bugged. 
I was able to access my profile, as if I was logged in, but I couldn't change my profile's settings. Also, sometimes it said I was logged in (options on the top left corner are edit settings and log out) and sometimes I wasn't logged in (top left corner said register or log in). Doesn't matter how much I tried recovering the password, I still got that problem. Plus, if it counted as not logged in, I couldn't send private messages or post in the forums. That's why I've gone beyond legality to find a solution.
The worst thing has come with the new Firefox update, so I've had to download Google Chrome. Maybe things could go different on another browser, and they do, but not the way they should. When trying to recover my password, the email that I receive redirects me to the login page again, so I have no way of recovering my password here. Maybe I should try Internet Explorer, but I'm not very optimistic right now about the results I could obtain.
I'm sorry for having to trespass the limits of legality, but I had no choice. If you have to ban this account for what I've done, feel free to do whatever needs to be done. The only thing I created this account for is to be able to contact with the vizzed community in order to obtain the solutions I'm searching for. 

This morning I came up with a plan that could give me my account back, but failed. Since I was able to recover my password on Firefox, I tried to do it and login in Chrome to change the password, but also in Firefox, when trying to recover my password, the received mail redirects me to the recover password page, the same as Chrome. Seems that the new Firefox update has even more problems, at least with me.

Recently, there have been some problems with Firefox in the new update and they have been fixed. About the problem with recovering your password, I'm stumped. I'm very sorry.

Indeed, excepting the recover password problem, everything else is gone. However, since the new firefox somewhat makes pop-up screens bigger, the games don't fit into the bigger screen, and a part of it is left blank. Also, the game isn't centered in the screen, which is kinda s***ty.
Even more, sometimes Chrome likes to not load this page. At first seems to load normally, but all of a sudden turns blank, doesn't matter where I click. No browser seems perfect, but Chrome has less issues right now. If I could only solve the issue with the password recovery...
