I guess someone blocked your layouts because I know for sure it won't make you make a layout if it has errors or you made a lot of layouts that are hard to read.

Barathemos : Whoa. . . I never knew that it was possible to be specifically banned from making layouts. Possibly a mod doesn't like something about you with layouts but I don't know what you have done wrong. Maybe it's a glitch? Or maybe mods doesn't want you to make layouts or something? Maybe you made too much layouts that were unreadable or annoying? Well, I honestly never see you do anything wrong but I don't really know.

Man thats really odd. . .  I'm wondering what this could possibly mean myself. . .
