I was lucky enough to get it recently, and I was just wondering if anyone here has it yet. My town has mainly apples, but you will find some bananas, lychees and mangos there.

Yes I have played it and it is my favorite in the series.
I hate how only one person per game was the mayor though but I guess that is pretty reasonable since I never seen a place with four mayors before.
I already payed off my third transaction so I got a second floor.
For some odd reason in this game I have noticed seeing more sharks than usual I guess thats because there is a bit more ocean and of course the island that you can travel to.
