Yeah, its been a while. But here is part 2. I am adding some refinements from part one, so this will be a bit different. Lets pick up where we left off.

(by the way, I have recently found out about a secret weapon, when you leave flints house, you can find a stick near the doghouse that you can equip)

When we left off in March, we had just left the hot spring in the forest. As we continue on, we will encounter enemies called Mr battys.

An average Mr batty is about level 10. Batty's have very high offense but very low defense. When we have the abilities, it is smart to lower its attack power, though they don't do much damage as is.

Flint has no PSI to speak of, so we are unable to exploit any of its weaknesses. You can find an item box near the hot spring that contains the aeries bracelet. Be sure to equip it!

Be sure not to touch the fire (You don't say?) around the forest, as it takes hp away. If you get too critical, you can stop by the hot spring that we just left. As you continue up you can find several baked yommosters, they will not attack you by choice, so if you would like to trigger a battle with them you have to run into them. The have a very high percentage of dropping nut bread. You will then run into lighter, who is having a pretty bad day.

Lighter's son fuel is still in a burning house and lighter is too injured to rescue him. You are then attacked by fire flies. Fire flies are easily taken care of with Flint's swing attack. They mainly use a fire attack that deal 5-9 damage, occasionally they will charge at you, dealing 10-20 damage, though this has low accuracy.

After fighting the fireflies, heal as necessary (you should have some nut bread from yommosters) and move north. Eventually you will witness a cutscene showing the burning house with Fuel inside of it. There is a save frog in a barrel of water if you need it. Break the door by running into it. You will fight a flying mouse once inside. The flying mouse is a powerful enemy, your best bet for taking the least amount of damage is to use your power smash and wait for it to hit, that should kill the flying mouse in one hit. The flying mouse will drop some peculiar cheese, which is an item which heals different amount for each character. Flint loves cheese, so it will heal him a healthy 60 HP. Move upstairs.

Here, run into the piece of wood blocking your way and grab Fuel. The house will collapse as soon as you leave, leaving you and Fuel covered in soot, make your way back the way you came until you make it back to the forest temple. On the way you can wash off your body in the hot spring, but your face remains covered in soot. Once you reach the temple you will witness a cutscene where Fuel and Lighter are reunited. It then begins to rain, washing all of the soot away. You then are taken to the yado inn, where you regain control of flint. Walk out the door and exit the yado inn through the door on the left. There Isaac (a resident of Tazmily Village) Will explain that he saw Hinawa in the mountains and that she may be in trouble. Make your way to Flint's house and you will find Hinawa's letter that she sent in part 1. Isaac catches up with Flint and organizes a search party. As you leave your house, you get the option to take Boney with you. Say "yes and make your way back to the forest temple. Here, you will witness a cutscene where you meet Wess, an important character later on. Make your way on the same path we followed on the way to Lighter's house. Though on the screen before Lighter's house you should find a path off to the left that you should follow.

Here you will fight Mr battys and a new enemy called a mighty bitey snake. Boney has very little health, so be sure to keep it up so he doesn't faint.

Mighty Bitey Snakes can poison you and do decent damage, they occasionally drop antidotes that heal poison (really now?), but be sure to keep your health in check.

Following this downward path will lead you to an antidote in a gift box.

After that continue on the very obvious upward path fighting off whatever enemies you find. As you move up, keep to the left and you should eventually find the mini-mini charm in a gift box, you can have Flint or Boney equip that.

As you get to the top you will see a crowd of people near a fallen tree. Talk to the man with black hair and you will witness a cutscene. The man is perplexed as to how two gigantic trees were ripped in two. Other villagers and you are to go look for another tree as Lighter and Isaac get to work moving the trees. Move to the left and you will see a mountain with drago claw marks on it. Because of this, villager are beginning to get worried. Try to go back down and you will trigger a cutscene where Boney finds a scrap of cloth, one from Hinawa's dress. Wess then appears and recruits boney to go find his son Duster (his name is Duster if you select "don't care")

In a dragged out cutscene, Boney drags Duster (who is also an important character later on) to the mountain where Duster shows his ability to scale walls using wall staples. These wall staples can also be used to pin down enemies and make it so they cant move. Use these to scale the wall. At this point, duster joins your party.

Okay guys, that's all for now. But tune in for part 3.

ender44 : Hello there & HOW ARE YOU? I'm great!

This was a great walkthrough. Although I haven't read your first part, I can clearly see that it will be brilliant. I will go back and read it when I can.

I love how you added pictures in your WT, this was great for visual aid. Thank you!  I could clearly see what you meant.

Thanks for writing this WT, and I hope someone will find it very beneficial!
