Here are some rules first: ----------THE DEATH OF THE LORD'S SON---- RULES: There are three groups. (1) The Christians: They try not to be violent, as they follow Jesus' teachings carefully, but when Jesus' teachings are insulted by the Jewish peoples or the Romans they are known to protest. (2) The Jewish: They are not "fond" of Jesus' teachings and do not believe he is God's son, only a prophet. The Jews try to sabotage the Christians by doing things Jesus includes in his teachings and makes them look bad. This is able to convert one member of the Christians group. (3) The Romans: They are somewhat netrual, being polytheistic, but when Jesus questions their beliefs they'll quickly side with the Jews, but if the Christians are clever, they may convert the Romans to help them [this is a "canon" way to play, seeing as the Romans sided with the Jews.] So during the day all three of the groups interact, easedrop, eat, and worship. The day lasts 5 turns for each player for each group. (There is a maximum of 10 players to each group). The turns require them to either eat (If offered unholy foods like bacon and they accept it and it the bacon results in them being shunned by the Jewish group, thus eliminating him from the game), As another action is to pray, which protects them for the night, where both groups may attack each other. The other actions are socialize (You socialize with your group and can gossip about the other groups), you can harass the other groups (If you are playing the Jews, you may harass either the Romans or the Christians. Harassing the Romans will result in the Romans joining the Christians. Making it harder to win and either [A] Expose Jesus as just a prohpet Eliminate any Christian believers or allies [i.e. the Romans if the Jews harass them]. However, if playing the Christians, you may harass the Romans, you must have reason, but you may use their polytheism as a reason and possibly earns the respect of the Jewish group. Making it harder for the Romans to win. If playing the Romans, you can either harass the Christians and resulting in the Jewish trying to ally the Romans, making it harder for the Christians. However, if they Harass the Jews, the Christians will attempt to ally the Romans to help beat the Jews.) And lastly, you may read a holy text (this excludes the Romans, if playing Romans you go read their epics). If you worship the affect is you get protected for the night where harassing is easier. If you are Romans and you harass Christians in daylight you may be excuted for murder. If you are Jewish and you harass at day you might get excuted as the Romans "owned" the Jewish back then. And if you harass at day as Christians you may get exiled or excuted, both eliminating you from the game. At night, the Roman soldiers are sleeping, so it is easier to harass. Harassing a certain member requires all the players to roll a die, after all ten of the players roll if the total of numbers they rolled are added together and is between 40-100 you may have that certain player eliminated from the game. This can only be done ONCE every FIVE DAYS!!! Now after the first group is eliminated the number range becomes 35-100 and makes the game get more suspenseful.
So you don't have to be Italian to play as the Romans, just like you don't have to be Jewish or Christian to be the Jews or Christians. You can request your group, but when 10 people are in one group that is the maximum amount for one group. So sign up while you can! Remember this is my first RP so this'll be a bit of a experiment.
