Is it legal to play the roms that vizzed downloads in other emulators?  I tried Mario 64 and Banjo-Tooie in project 64 and they had a far better keyboard configuration and gamepad configuration.

The rom downloads can't be used outside of vizzed. That is what makes vizzed legal.
If you were able to play the games offline then you must of downloaded the rom from another site.
It is only legal to download roms if you will delete it within 24 hours or own the physical game.
Did this answer your question?

Actually I am still a bit confused.  If you go to the program data folder (which there is a shortcut to in the start menu) you can access all the roms that were played on vizzed.  I played banjo tooie and Mario 64 in project 64 by clicking open rom and going to the vizzed folder in programdata and the roms were in there.  Now I'm not sure how legal this site is at all.

Seekay : Yeah you can open the folder then take the roms out, but you wont be able to play them offline. The roms wont be able to activate unless the plugin tells it to.
I remember trying a gba game using the visual boy advance offline and it didn't work. I'm not sure how you are able to do this.
Just to be sure are you playing these games offline?

Yeah, I was able to play banjo tooie and Mario 64 offline although donkey Kong 64 crashed after the logo and banjo-kazooie didn't even start.

The roms aren't supposed to start at all to banjo tooie worked correctly.
Did Mario start up at all? Can you give me a link to the donkey Kong game?

earthwarrior : That's not really what makes Vizzed.com "legal" honestly it's not really "legal" other than the fact that you are downloading a copy of a physical game that Davideo "owns"

If any company was to request david to take a game down, he would legally be obligated to. That's why some Atari games are not found on the site.

Seekay : See above. Feel free to PM me if you have further questions. There a number of sites that are similar to Vizzed.com
