Tell a little about your character:He is the last pure blood vampire, a true demon who prays upon demons trying to take his thrown as dark king. He strives to take down any and all opposing forces.

Powers: Cloaked in a Shadowy veil of death he wields two thin swords which release fields of dark energy they do not cut objects but life itself. He is also able to kill by any skin-skin contact. He can attack the mind use an intermediate array of all magic's and summon creatures (dead or alive) to his aid. He lays complicated traps and is sadistic in  doing so, even going out of his way for his opponents to suffer a worse death. If he stays in an area to long or releases too much power the land around him will begin to die. He is capable of short flights and can disappear into any form of darkness the re-materialise at will. He has inhuman strength and stamina, showing no sign of fatigue but his strength is almost useless as most forms of his contact will cause things to die.He does have a weakness though that he can be fought using non-living things E.g certain forms of magic. Although his cloak allows him to recover he can do so only be causing death as without the death of various things around him his power will fade (but not disappear) He is also able to enlist the help of cultist who have praised him as some kind of god. He can also manipulate small amounts of matter around him allowing him to change the terrain around him to a certain degree.

Bio:Born into a family who practiced the dark arts, he witnessed his family around him slaughtered at a young age by Corrupted Paladins in their dying moments his family infused all their powers into him which he used to defend against their attacks. After the Paladins left he searched through his family's forbidden books in an attempt to revive them. Whilst attempting a reincarnation ritual he is hit with a strong magical attack by a Paladin who stayed behind to search for survivors. This creates some kind of deadly flux teleporting Rangokin into a Limbo of sorts where he slowly absorbs the powers of death whist in an insane state of anger. He stays there for Centuries before finally being awakened by future paladins who discover his village. He then proceeds to fight against these Paladins and find some way to rid him of the powers he has due to the fact that as long as he has them he will not die but cause only death to those around him.Over the course of his journey he is pulled out of and slips back into insanity due to people who becoming close to him dying as a result of his actions. He does meet a few people though that have ancient magic's similar to his and are able to resist his death-like affects. Some are friendly to him and some are not.

I like the Idea of Marvel Comics Zoe Cluoden of L.L.and L. (Deadpool and Wolverine Comics) I have yet to see that in an anime.
They came close with the protagonist characters in "Wicked City".
They Came closer with the Shinra guys and girl in suits from "Final Fantasy 7".
Yet still, have not done a characters quite like Zoe and her Associates From the American Comics.
So I would have to borrow heavily from Zoe to get the base of the character and Personality.

L.L.and L is kind of hard to describe. They are a Holding Firm, A Legal Firm, Investigators, and Body Gaurd unit all in one.
So....
I would have to simplify my Model of the same thing. I think that a no questions asked anything goes sort of delivery service (Like "The Transporter") Might be great to start with and later expand to the other divisions.

Her Skills??? (I would have to spice things up, and add a few the original model does not have.)
Ace Pilot... (Fly anything any where and under any circumstances. Land?? Most of the time.)
Pro Driver.. (Drive anything anywhere and under any circumstances. Park?? Not for long.)
Combat Certified?? ("Yes, Please". Hand to hand and general small arms. Her tools of choice include a Sniper Rifle and Explosives. Both of witch she is extremely proficient with.)
Investigative Qualifications?? Many. It is widely believed she was a police woman for some time but may have had a falling out. No one knows for sure due to her name not appearing in any registary of personel for any year or any known location.
Extra abilities??? It is rumored that she can cook.
Bonus: She is "drop-dead-gorgeous".

Weight? supermodel range but not so light that she would be useless. I'm trying to jam a few words together that might add up... "Hollywood Average". The real answer I would put for that question would be "She can not say."
Age? "She gestured one, but that's impossible. Particularly with her skill sets".

Eyes, Hair, and if she has freckles, or birthmarks??? I still can not decide on. (Hmnnn..Keep the outfit a full body suit like "Samus from Metroid", but add a leather jacket and belts and gloves and boots?... Sounds about right. I'm just not sure about the colors.)

"No need". but "Rex" comes out for an outing every now and again.
