Salutations and greetings, one and all! My name is Graye; I am very happy to be here. I happened to just fall into this place with a bit of luck, and I am so glad that I did.

As a nearly 23 year-old veteran of games in general, I'm quiet excited and impressed with vizzed.com.
The community is bustling and I think it's absolutely fabulous that we can chat with others on the same game to help out, seek help from or just chat about the subject/game at that current time.

My Favorite Games include (but, not limited to):
Pokémon:
Oh gee, I've been playing Pokémon since TCG came out back in '98; I didn't know what I was getting in to but it became a life-long passion for me. But, now-adays, I stick to the video games. It's honestly because my hectic life schedule for right now, aha. (Moving, having a child. All those good things. )  One of the best things here on Vizzed.com is the booming population of people who play Pokémon, inexperienced and veteran status like myself. So I can help or learn a new thing or two.

Final Fantasy (Original, Tactics, 1 through 9):
I'm an old school spirit I guess, RPG spirit that is. My father was the one to introduce me to FF9, which was the first ever FF I had ever seen. I instantly fell in-love and had a new respect to the word of RPGs. Even now, I will reply FF9 and 5, and some others, over and over.

Paper Mario Series:
Augh! I just fell for with the Paper Mario series (Including Super Mario RPG!) I mean, after all those years of FF RPG style, (turn-based is my absolute favorite!) It was hard to resist! I still keep coming back to experience such nostalgia!

Classics:
Every now and again, I like to fall off my lil' nest of experience and try something new, but, in the classics! I've tried all types of Atari, SNES, and older games which is fun and challenging at times (Oh goodness Contra! ) Classics are still better than this yippity-do-da brand new games out there. (I miss you Square Soft!)

But, for the most part, that's the gamer profile of myself summed up! And, if anyone needs help in any of my "Professions" (hahaha) of gaming. Please, don't hesitate to ask!
Thanks for reading!

Sincerely,
Graye.

Hello and welcome to vizzed! It's always such a joy to see newbies who can put together more than a few well-formed sentences!  Thanks for telling us a little about yourself and your gaming preferences!

My younger sister was a Pokemon TCG collector herself, and that was my first introduction to the franchise.  I never really had much practice with them myself however, but I'm trying one game out right now in my spare few hours.  (White 2)

I hope we get to see you be a part of that activity you speak so highly of, and if you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to pm me or any other staff member!

God bless!

Singelli : Thanks for the compliment! I was never a fan of short-hand typing or small sentences, even in my youth. It just seems lazy to me.

And, that's awesome! To be honest, I haven't even tried out Black or White 2. Never even Finished 1 of either. And, now Pokemon X and Y is coming out sometime late this year or next year! I'm a bit behind, heh. I do suggest Pokemon Crystal to you, though! It's a very good balance of Pokemon and just right for starters. 2nd, 3rd, 1st, then 4th Generation is how the order would go if I recommended to -any- new Pokemon player. I guess it's a mix of challenge and just remembering all those Pokemon! (It's no wonder i have a short attention span, pfffft! Hahaha.)

But, thank you again for welcoming me as well and I do hope to browse through the boards more! I may be miss and hit sometime soon though, since I am currently packing to move within 1week-2weeks.

Grayeftm : Well, I got the game back at the beginning of January, but haven't even made it past the 3rd or 4th gym.  That's how spare my time is.  haha!

Thanks for the suggestion, truly and honestly.  I keep trying to pick a Pokemon game to play here on vizzed, but I've always wondered which one might be the best to try.  I think  I'll try your suggestion when I get home today, as a nice way to relax and enjoy being caught up in my grading.  (I'm a high school teacher.)

Will you be trying X and Y when they come out?

And moving?  Exciting plans, I hope!

Singelli : Good! I hope my order will work for you when you have the time. High School Teacher, hm? That's nice, I've always wanted to teach k1-12th Art. I hope I get to go to college for it soon, but my son comes first and it's a bit hectic here in the southeast, job wise.

And, most likely, I won't try out X and Y when it comes out, but probably sometime down the road, I know I  will. And, yes, the moving is SO very exciting! I've been living with my fiancé and his parents for far too long, it's time we three (My son, fiancé and myself) get our own place so we don't have to worry about the hassles here. (ie: My fiance's mother is an Art Teacher for a nearby college and she has many, many things she can't baby-proof in the house, my son is going to be 2 in October, and it's a hassle and big worry to her with my son trying to get into everything!) Not to mention, my fiance's Father is an OCD Neat freak and it's kinda driving us nuts, hahaha. I'm all about some cleanliness but, dang, when you can't leave your drink on a coaster to go to the restroom or something and come back to it being poured out, in the dishwasher and/or in the trash, it's ridiculous!

So the move is a bit of a big deal to us all, including the soon-to-be in-laws. Oh boy.
