Hi, I'm a new user. I really like playing Pokémon. (I've never finished the game, so I'm really looking forward to doing that!) I'm from Taiwan, but I wish I could speak French, among other languages.Nice to meet you guys!

Welcome, I'm also new here. I also love Pokémon games, my favorite Pokémon game would be Pokémon yellow,silver,gold,crystal and Pokémon mystery dungeon series.
I also play a lot of medabots. As example of the rpg version of it.
I don't play the Pokémon games here though.... but I do play the medabot games!
I got a VBA on my laptop. but he's all cracked up. but still I sometimes play Pokémon on it.
it seems like the gbc games are playing good. but the gba games got a lot of glitches. could be because of the tons of hacks used to train my Pokémon..

anyways I look forward to see you more often and maybe even in the game's chat rooms!

Hello, and welcome to Vizzed! Though technically, since you were registered before me, welcoming you makes no sense at all, as I came after you. No matter; it's the accepted social convention, so we'll stick with that for now. I too enjoy the Pokémon games, at least, conceptually. I think it's a wonderful concept, though I found the "cute and cuddly" factor a little tough to swallow at times. My favorite of the series would probably be Crystal; I haven't played many of the newer ones beyond it yet.

If you enjoy the monster-catching concept of Pokémon, may I also recommend the Dragon Warrior Monsters series of games? They are a very similar series in certain ways, but subtle differences in the mechanics and game play make it a completely unique experience. I enjoy both, though for very different reasons. Admittedly, my opinion may be considered somewhat biased because of my deep and abiding love for the original Dragon Warrior games released on the NES all those years ago, but even factoring that element out, DWM offers a new take on the genre.

Since you mentioned that you are from Taiwan, I presume English is not your native language. If that is indeed the case, then I must say that your command of the language is excellent; better, in fact, than some of those who have spent their entire lives speaking it. Anyhow, I hope that you have fun here, and that your time here is a positive experience for you all around.
