The save data that you had is lost then if you used the rgr plugin sorry. Unless you used the java emulator to save. Then I think it is saved to vizzed not your computer.
Unless there is a way to take your data from your broken computer (im not an expert on this so I don't know) and put it on a different one its lost. Can you turn your computer on at all?

That sucks. It sounds like you've lost your save games for anything you played on the plugin.

You'll have to start your progress over unless you can find a way to turn your computer on.

Although, you could just transfer the hard drive over to your new computer (if you know how to do that) and make it a secondary drive and pull the info off that way.
