Overpowered, as in people are able to abuse this Pokemon making it an absolute wall, or impossible to kill. Mine is Snorlax. Great HP, defense. It has rest. Now rest is a amazing move. With a awakening berry or item complementing it, it is unstoppable. A great move pool with a snorlax consists of Body Slam, Rest, Hyper Beam, and defense curl. So that was my example of a overpowered Pokemon, post yours as a reply and share the thoughts. Bai!

Are you really only looking at "Wall" Pokémon or just ones that are brutally unfair to play as because of ridiculous move pools, stats, skills and such?

Because easily, one of the most overpowered Pokémon would be Mewtwo. A Legendary with greats stats, recover-ability, and monstrous special to hurt many. Now-a-days, a Blissey might be able to stall a Mewtwo for a bit, but Mewtwo does not have bad Attack either, and could wreck them.

Since you mentioned the "impossible to kill" types, I suppose that takes out Wobbuffet, as he is mainly good at taking one, MAYBE two Pokémon down before he finally goes down. Blissey is not a bad example of nearly impossible to kill, though. Such massive hp, recovery, and can use her ability, "Serene grace" to freeze opponents a little quicker with an ice beam.

I have not played much of Pokémon Black and White to learn of any new Pokémon, or perhaps, see changes in some existing Pokémon, so my information might be out of date; perhaps some counter measures or nerfs have taken place to make Mewtwo, Blissey, and even Wobbuffet less threatening.

I personally feel that Snorlax was kind of easy to catch after awhile. Mine is Primal Dialga in Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Darkness. How are you supposed to defeat it unless you or your partner knows dig. That's how I did it and I barely got away with my life.

Snorlax isn't over-powered as it cannot use a super effective stab move like all other normal types. It may be a bit of a special tank but not overpowered. That move set is completely countered by almost every ghost type in the game. Also critical hits go through stat raises so I wouldn't bother with defense curl.

IN gen 5 mewtwo recieved psystrike a 100 power psychic move that runs off of special attack but hits on the physical defense of the opposing pokemon. Considering Blissey has a base defense stat of 5 Blissey hates mewtwo now.

Three words for how to beat any alakazam. Physical priority attacks.

Primal Dialga was a jerk. You either beat him first try because of a tonne of reviver seeds or you rage quit.

If I had to choose an overpowered pokemon I would choose Bidoof (dreamworld ability). That's not a joke. All you need to do is spam protect and substitute until you have enough boosts to speed and your preferred attack from moody and Bidoof becomes unstoppable. In fact if Moody wasn't banned from competitive play Bidoof would probably be used in OU and Ubers.

Snorlax was just a example that came to my head, i think Snorlax can learn thunderbolt and flamethrower, but don't count me on that.

"Say hello to Snorlax, a Pokemon who has been OU in every generation until now—a testament to how good it really is. Snorlax is extremely diverse for a Pokemon who can only hit effectively off one offensive stat. It can easily go either defensive with a RestTalk set, offensive with a Choice Band set, or anything in between. Very high Special Defense and off-the-charts HP make it the premier special tank in UU. It's no slouch offensively either, as its Attack stat matches its excellent Special Defense, allowing it to hit back very hard. It's not all good news for Snorlax though, as its virtually nonexistent Speed stat and subpar Defense leave it quite vulnerable to the plethora of Fighting-types roaming the tier. Additionally, its only method of recovery, Rest, was made less effective this generation, forcing Snorlax to stay in for extended periods of time if it ever hopes to wake up. When used correctly, however, Snorlax will make an excellent addition to almost any team."

"Snorlax." Smogon University. Smogon, 2012. Web. 27 Jan. 2013. <http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/snorlax>.

But yes it can learn thunderbolt and flamethrower.

I hate how spiritomb used embargo and i coudent use a potion on someone thats weak or a revive for a portion of the battle. This does make it so cynthia could be one of the hardest when your as underleveled as i would be. And how it has no weaknessed makes you use all those very good 5 PP moves and waste your PP.

i think the most tank over powerred pokemon is snorlax. it is a big fat tank and if it has leftovers it is invinsible. even if you are the same level your attacks will do nearly no damage. best moves for snorlax are yawn rest body slam and sleep talk. if you use yawn the oponent will fall asleep then you can attack them and if the y wake up just do it again. if you need to use rest use it then use sleep talk and then you can use yawn or body slam but it chooses randomly. it is so amazing

Well you have to be carefull, physical attacks can still hurt snorlax a lot, even through breeding, ability, defensive nature. And a snorlax for sweeping has this move set: Belly drum, Rest, Body slam, yawn. Belly drum cuts half your health, and maximises your attack. Snorlax is meaty enough to take one more hit, then rest to full hp. Then body slam a whole team. But we know how smart these compeditive battlers are. Im not going to get so specific but yeah people can get through a snorlax, but i would imagine not easy.

I would use a Registeel that knows Amnesia, Iron Defense, Metal Claw, and Toxic while it holds Leftovers. Boost defense or special defense according to who you'd fight (like iron defense if against a snorlax) until defenses are maxed out. Use toxic to slowly make the opponent faint while using metal claw, which has stab and can raise Regi's attack. Metal Claw can also affect all types in case toxic isn't effective

True, but registeel isent much of a good pokemon. Great defences but no attack or speed. A great wall. I would suggest only moves like stealth rocks, toxic, rest, and substitude at the beginning of the game to get a good lead. Even with max defense, 2 or 3 surfs will take it down easily. Lets talk about attackers guys. Who are some very good attackers for this stuff? Alakazam in my mind. Amazing attack and speed, if alakazam can learn substitute that would be amazing with things like physic and those powerhouse moves. Drop in some more good attackers people!

Kyurem White is an overpowered pokemon if there ever was one. It can two hit KO Blissey with special moves. Normally beating Blissey with special moves is like tearing down a brick wall with a #1 pencil. However Kyurem has its downfall being an ice type and takes extra damage from stealth rocks but otherwise it is a beast.
