My favourite character is Mario - probably because he's  the character I've played most seeing as the games I owned as a child didn't have the big selection of playable characters. My second has to be Boo though, he's a cute ghost and I used to love the music on Boo's mini game in Super Mario Bros Deluxe when I was young.
