First, let me move this to a more appropriate forum, since you're asking for a ROM hack. Second, I must say that it's unlikely you'll find anyone here who can and will be able to do this, sadly. Not many people at the site know how to hack ROMs and even less likely know Japanese to do a full translation and hack in the English text properly. It's a pretty extensive project to translate a ROM.

Seems it's a DS game? In that case, it wouldn't be something available on Vizzed anyway as there isn't support for DS here at this time.
