The RGR Plugin doesn't support customizing controls for Mupen64Plus, so double-clicking for the menu won't work. You'll be able to with the 1964 emulator though.

PikaNinja3000 : The standard controls are this:

D-Pad: Arrow Keys
Analog Stick: W, A, S, D (Up, Left, Down, Right)
A-Button: Left Shift
B-Button: Left Ctrl
C-Buttons: I, J, K, L (Up, Left, Down, Right)
Z Trigger: Z
L Trigger: X
R Trigger: C
Start: Enter

I think the controls are very well-chosen, so I usually use Mupen64Plus.

[Edit, because I forgot that Y and Z keys are swapped on an american keyboard.]

I'm sorry if this seems to be rehashing the issue of Xbox360 controller use on Mupen64, yet I feel that this particular input may find its way to some use.

As most others have encountered with Mupen64, the Xbox360 controller is never detected when starting the emulator with it connected and the popular solution is to either use a key binding program to make it work or try 1964.

Though key binding may be a round about way of tackling the issue I do have a thread added under Shadowgate 64 that explores a possible solution for all Mupen64 users if looked into: Mupen64 No Controller Detected - https://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=57576&ppp=20&page=0#782589 .

Also, not all N64 games include 1964 as an alternate emulator to play from which leaves many people to this very problem. I personally believe  plenty would benefit from a slight fix in the game pad detection on Mupen64 if my research proves useful to the community.
