Final Fantasy IV: The After Years

It's been 17 years since the end of Final Fantasy IV, now Eblan, Damcyan and Mist have been rebuilt and everything becomes peace.
A new adventure begins and now Ceodore the son of Cecil and Rosa must overcome ordeals with new characters.

- Band System -
Now two or more characters can combine their skills to create a new power.
For example: Cecil "Attack" + Rosa "White Magic" = "Holy Sword".

The game is divided into 10 tales.

Prologue and Kain Saga:
Ceodore must find the treasure of the Mythril Cave to become a Knight of the Red Wings, then returning to Baron, they can see from a distance that the Castle Baron is attacked by monsters. Cecil, Rosa and Cid should escape from there as soon as possible but ... Will they succeed?
The airship of Ceodore is attacked by the same monsters and falls near Mysidia, now must find his parents accompanied by a hooded man.

Rydia's Tale Eidolons Shackled
Mist was rebuilt by Edward Yang and Cecil. Rydia has decided to visit her parents Leviathan and Asura but not well received in the Feymarch. Rydia and decides to return to his surprise all eidolons have been petrified, loses its ability to invoke and need to find why. Luca Princess Rydia now assists to collect all dark crystals, alongside dolls Calca and Brina.

Yang's Tale The King of Fabul.
Yang continued training all these years, but not to train his daughter Ursula. Ursula escapes to train alone and Yang should go in their search, they find a meteor near Damcyan and inside found dead monks. When they return to Fabul, the castle is attacked by the Red Wings led by Kain! And steal the Wind Crystal.

Palom's Tale: Mage Voyage.
Palom travels to Troya, to teach black magic a young called Leonora. But the castle is attacked by a strange girl and Palom should protect the Earth Crystal.

Porom's Tale Vanished Lunar Whale.
Palom and Porom traveling Kaipo desert, Palom train to be a Sage like Tellah the Sage. When they grew up,Palom went to Troya alone. Elder and Porom saw the Lunar Whale out into space, now Porom will travel to Mt.Ordeals because they saw near a Dragoon of Baron, Kain could be ???

Edward's Tale Star-Crossed Damcyan.
A meteorite falls near Damcyan, Harley, Edward's secretary will investigate. Edward Chancellor speaks on spending to help others, are bankrupt. Edward escapes the castle to find a Harley, on his return can see an airship of the Red Wings, Baron's soldiers tell Edward that Cecil will handle the meteorite. Edward dissatisfied with the decision of Cecil, travels to Baron to talk Cecil who behaves very strange.

Edge's Tale The Pulse of Babil.
Four Eblan ninjas travel the world to find the reason that the tower of Babil shine again. Meanwhile Edge enters the Tower of Babil to investigate, but Ifritt attacks him.

Lunarian's Tale The Blue Planet That Was.
In the depths of the Red Moon, Golbez awakens from his long sleep and goes in search of Fusoya who was not in his of sleep chamber. But the crystals begin to break the moon and that the danger of being released again Zeromus.

Tale of Crystals:
Ceodore, Rosa, Edward, Cid and Kain are against Cecil who is being controlled by the Mysterious Girl. And Edge, Rydia, Luca and a Man in Black should find loose eidolons that are destroying the world.

I love retro games but, IS FOR WII!!! Graphics 8bits in Wiiware, could have done more.

Classic Final Fantasy IV Soundtrack.

 Addictiveness: 8

Very addictive if you engage.

Story: 9
A little more weak than Final Fantasy IV but like me and is very interesting.

Depth: 10
The game is very loooong, when you finish a Tale you can play Challenge Dungeon to train and win items.

Difficulty: 7
In some parts is very easy but in others the bosses are very powerful.

Overall: 9.3
If Final Fantasy IV likes you, must play the After Years.
