Alright I've had some people interested in having me cheat them a pokemon of their choice onto their save file on pokemon emerald on vizzed.com

I didn't feel like explaining this over and over to each new person so I told them they would have to wait until I made this thread... Well the wait is over! Let the Vizzed.com Pokemon Emerald Pokemon Store begin.

First of all, I am starting the cost of any pokemon of your choice at 50 Viz per pokemon , So send me 50 Viz for your new pokemon.

Next, in order for me to create your new pokemon onto your save file, I will need you to make a copy of your save file and email that to me.

HOW TO CREATE A BACK UP OF YOUR SAVE FILE ON POKEMON VIZZED POKEMON EMERALD

I need this to be a .sav file that you send to me which cannot be created through save states. To create a .sav of your pokemon emerald on vizzed follow these steps:

1:Begin playing your save file of pokemon emerald on vizzed and make sure you are inside of a pokemon center and you have room inside of your PC for your new pokemon.
2: Push Start and go to save and save your game through the games menus now you have created the .sav file I will need to create your poke.
DO NOT SAVE THROUGH SAVE STATE AND DO NOT SEND ME A SAVE STATE SAVE ONLY .sav FILES.

Next we will need to make a copy of your save so that I can edit your pokemon onto the save and also in case something were to go wrong you have a COPY so that you will be sure to not lose your save. For right now I can only tell you how to do this on my operating system which is vista but I will edit this post to have more operating systems later but it should be a SIMILAR process no matter what.

For windows vista users go to :
Start -> All Programs -> Vizzed Retro Game Room -> Open Plugin Data Folder

Now that you are here the next folder you want to go in is the one that says User-(and then random numbers)
The numbers represent your user number on vizzed and this is where your save files are located.
So it should be:
Start -> All programs -> Vizzed Retro Game Room -> Open Plugin Data Folder -> User-(user number) -> VBA -> Saves

Now highlight the file that says Pokemon Emerald.sav click copy and then paste your save onto your desktop.

You have now created the copy of your save that you can send to  me to get your new pokemon! You still have a backup in that folder that you went to for emergency reasons so remember how to make copies of your save.

Now email that copy you put on your back up to pokecellar@hotmail.com

Next make a reply to this post with the following description of your pokemon, if you do not give me the exact stats then I will choose them for you , so if you want your pokemon right, then make this description right!

Example reply of how you want your poke:

Level of pokemon
Gender of pokemon
Type of pokemon Ball pokemon was caught in

Pokemons Ability (you can give me the ability you want but somtimes the editor I use only offers 1 of the pokemons available abilitys in which case you will get that ability and I will not offer a Viz refund (sorry).


These are all of the stats I will create on your pokemon so you can specify all of them or leave them blank and I will choose. ONLY POKEMON FROM POKEMON EMERALD OR EARLIER! As long as it is a pokemon that was from emerald or earlier I should have no problems creating ANY of those poke.

Once I receive your 50 viz, your save file, and see your reply in this post I will get to work ASAP on creating your pokemon and then I will EMAIL the .sav file back to the email address which sent the save file to me.

Once you receive the save file email back that I have completed making your pokemon simply replace the Pokemon Emerald.sav file I sent to you with the Pokemon Emerald.sav file located in the spot I previously directed you to in this post.

DISCLAIMER: Remember to create back ups of your saves because weird stuff happens on computers and I cannot tell you 100% that something might not go wrong and somehow your save is lost, but as long as you only send me a copy and you keep a back up of your save you will not lose your data because you always have a back up! Also remember that when I send the save file back to you after I have created your pokemon, the save file will be at the same location which you sent it to me in, Which means if you have been playing pokemon emerald on vizzed after sending the file to me and then replace your save with the one I created your pokemon on you will lose and progress you have made in between sending me the save and once I send it back to you.

Depending on how many people actually want pokemon through this thread I may decide to increase the cost per pokemon but right now it is 50 Viz per pokemon.

LegolasJJH : I have a question. Is this only for Emerald, or can it be for a hacked version of it? This sounds really cool, though.

ONLY pokemon Emerald.

I tried creating a pokemon using cheats on pokemon rebirth and the cheats did not work. It probably can be done but I don't know how and I don't feel like figuring it out so this will be exclusively for emerald at the moment.

I might branch out to Fire Red and Leaf Green depending on the results of the thread, but for now , emerald only.

LegolasJJH : Alright. I don't play Emerald, only Emerald 386, and the EV and IV thing sounded good. Oh, well. Have to do it the hard way. Thanks anyway.
Maybe I'll start playing the regular Emerald, now.

patar4097 : I will test out those roms sometime and see if I can make pokemon using cheats in those games and I'll summon you back to this thread if I am indeed able to , otherwise sorry!

crystal349 Wanted to summon you to this thread since you already sent me Viz for a pokemon. Just reply to this thread with which pokemon you want etc and send me your save file copy and I will get right on getting your pokemon to you!

patar4097 : I never received a save file from you , I need the save file in order to cheat the poke onto your save. I left instructions on how to send me your save file in the first post.

IVs range from 0 to 31 in each stat. So perfect IV's is 31 in each stat and the worst is 0 IV in each stat.

LegolasJJH : Oh, I thought I sent one to you. Well, I'll try it again. I guess 31 IV's for everything. So how much Viz do I owe you for this?

patar4097 : Did you send it to the email address I put in the first post... Pokecellar@hotmail.com is the email you will want to send it to. It will cost 50 Viz.

EDIT: Sorry you are right, I got the email it was just going to my spam box. I'll get the email with your pokemon sent back to you ASAP and you will owe me 50 Viz as payment.

Unfortunately I was not able to get your pokemon the ability you asked for , it only offered me the choice of giving it torrent as the ability.

Since you are my first customer and also I was not able to get your pokemon the ability you asked me for, this one will be free! So no need to send me any Viz. Hopefully you are a happy customer and I can get you more pokemon anytime you want.

LegolasJJH : Hey, I sent you my new game data. I'm really sorry for this whole thing, but if this one doesn't work, I'll leave you alone. One last thing, when you save the file from the E-mail, it saves in downloads. Should I copy it into the VBA file, or cut it?

patar4097 : It doesn't actually matter if you cut it or copy it. What matters is that the file is not changed especially the name of the file must remain Pokemon Emerald.sav

I would recommend copying it though , that way if it doesn't work you still have the original file to try again.

Also this time you could try removing any of your saves from that VBA folder first, so remove Pokemon Emerald.sav from the folder altogether and then place the one that I send to you back in the VBA folder.

Honestly if you are following all of my instructions properly I am baffled as to why this wont work for you because I've tested it many times myself and it works perfectly.

With this new file you sent to me, do you want the same pokemon as before then? Only difference being the trainer ID?

Like I said you are not bothering me or anything, I only hope this can work for you because I really want you to get your pokemon and be happy!

LegolasJJH : Yes, the only difference is the trainer ID. And also, sometimes the file saves as Pokémon Emerald.SAV  with capital letters. Does that effect anything?
