You don't need to be a trusted member.  As far as I am aware (someone correct me if I'm wrong!), you simply need to find a moving picture and upload it like you would a normal picture.  There are a lot of .gif files which have motion in them, if you want to googe, for exampe, "cat gif".

(Watch me look like a total moron about the internet and computers!  LOL XD)

I wonder how people find 11x11 pixel animations for their mini pic.  I can't seem to find any.  I know I can resize images, but everything I resize looks horrible.  Not to mention, most of the ones I see have no background.  The ones I find always have a background, so they look like they are on top of a colored square, which I hate.

Any hints?

patar4097 : Well I certainly wouldn't call it hard... if you're just finding and image and using that. It doesn't get much easier than finding something you like and using it. Now if you wanted to make your own, yeah... that would be harder.

Singelli : Sometimes you can get lucky and find animated GIFs that are the size you need them with transparent backgrounds... but most people have to make images themselves... especially for something as rare as an 11x11 need. I have the right software for it and have been doing image manipulation for years now, so if you ever find an image you want to be resized, drop me a PM with a link to it and I can fix it for you. Offer goes to anyone really.

If it's like a JPG type image (or wants was a JPG) where the pixels are scattered or it has anti-alias blending... when I try to remove the BG, it will likely still end up with some fuzziness around the edges of the image that don't look good laid over dark backgrounds.
