Just curious to hear what brands/types of soap people use and if there's any reasons that led you to that preference.

For body soap, I use Lever 2000. No actual reason for that... it's just what the family had, so I kept using it.

For hand soap, I use SoftSoap. I used to use Dial, but I just like something about SoftSoap a bit better.

For dish soap, I use Dawn. If that stuff can clean off ducks who got caught in oil spills, certainly, it can clean my dishes :p (though most dishes go in the dishwasher anyway which uses cheap, generic store brand dishwasher detergent).

Laundry soap goes to whatever's the cheapest, honestly. They all seem to work about the same and stuff like Tide's outrageously expensive :x

Crazy Li :  My mom would ONLY use Tide powder, and when I got married, I told my husband that's what I wanted to use.  You should have heard him laugh!  LOL  So we too use the cheapest.

For hand soap I use whatever, though ever since I was about 17, I've used liquid soap with loofas.

Same for body soap.

And for dish soap I also use Dawn.
