neelusb : First off this is the incorrect forum but you are new, so that is understandable. You would've wanted to post this in the retro game room forum. To answer your question: first off you take screenshots with the f6 key while in game, but if you already knew that onto the real answer. On the RGR (retro game room) game page of the game you took the screenshot you want to submit, if you scroll down on that page their is a section that says "User Submitted Screenshots"  directly beneath that it says Click Here to Retrieve, Add or Update your Screenshots. Simply click on that text link. It will open up a page containing your screenshots for that game. Now just give your screenshot a description and put it in a category off to the right of the screen shot and click submit screenshot beneath the screenshot.

neelusb : In that case, the ROM itself needs some adjustment. Games with apostrophes in them tend to break the screenshot feature. It's probably as simple as someone altering the file name. I don't know who all from the staff has the ability to do that, so I'll just summon the owner since he certainly can.

If other people could upload screenshots in that game but not neelusb, I would recommend checking the RGR help page innthe control panel. If that didn't help or it was already mentioned, I think you should try the following below to see if it works:

Uninstall and reinstall the plugin.

If it doesn't work, you can always get help from tRIUNE.

I've seen the Upload Failed message before in games but I never paid attention to the details of the file name. Now I've forgotten which games too... I think they were all games with no submitted screenshots though, so in those cases, it wasn't just me.
