Sound
A very strong part of the game is the sound. The look of the game already does a good job of transplanting you to the mixed up little town in Colorado, but the sounds really drive the experience home. Sure we've already told you that we like the dirty words and fart noises as much as the next immature social deviant, but it's the variety of sound samples that we really fell in love with.
If you lose a race with Chef, he proclaims "No more Salisbury Steak for anyone!"
At the starting gate, Officer Barbrady tells you that "You must respect MY authoritay!"
For South Park fans these sound bits have got to be priceless. For the rest of us, hearing an alien say "Moo" over and over again just seems weird and out of place. But then again non South Park fans won't be able to appreciate quick little fart noise that accompanies any movement through a menu screens.

It certainly looks like you're racing in a South Park episode. We've always hypothesized that South Park games mean developers don't have to worry about spending a lot of time on a game's look. In any case the flat two dimensional, primary colored world of South Park has been brought home once again by the awesome graphical processing power of the Nintendo 64.
Fans of the South Park shooter that game out a couple of years ago, may get a kick out of actually driving around the same town in Rally because it looks the same. There are however some pretty big collision detection problems every now and then.
There were times when we would barely clear a corner, but at the last second, we would be rubbing right up against the corner for no reason. Then, as if to make up for its mistake, the game will pass us through to the other side, with our speed and momentum continuing as it should. The bad part is that we can see all of this happening and it's very disturbing to the eye. We've seen this scenario repeated several times throughout the game with both stationary and moving objects.
Addictiveness:
this game is not fun, but it's funny animated series probably would be even better if Sheila broflovsky, Liane Cartman and Scuzzlebutt be in this version but are only available in these versions (PC, Dreamcast and PlayStation) the game is quite easy, the cars are so slow that always let you win, if this had not happened then people who play this game have played this game several times.
