Well I have been really inactive this month. I over did my exercise and made my illness a lot worse than it was before. Note there is no name for my illness it causes me loads of pain in the left side of my abdomin. It got so bad I became bed ridden and my new doctor tried to give me heavy pain killers to help cope. The pain killers though were too heavy and I almost passed to the other side. I'm off any pain killers right now but that means I can't really move that much at all. This week I'm going for a few over night tests to try to get some medicine. I'm still trying to find an obgyn doctor to look at me that takes my cruddy insurance and that's taking a while.

Ok there is good news that relates to all of that but I want to hold it off till the end!

One recent bad news that happened tonight was one of my fave cats Fred passed away. He seemed to know he was dying because he was trying to make it to the house but didn't make it. He was found dead at the stairs to the house. He was a great cat. He took care of the other cats like a father. He looked after me when I came home from surgery. He would not sleep on my tummy where I had the surgery but he would sleep on my chest and if I needed to get up he would get someone to help me. T.T When I was better he would always ride on my shoulders when I would be at the house and he loved to do that when I would get my little sis on or off the bus. He will be deeply missed! T.T

Ok now onto the good news! Because I am bed ridden I was allowed to get a laptop! I purchased it last night online and it should be at my house sometime early next week! This way I can be online even when I can't leave my bed. I don't just have to lay there for hours with nothing to do! This is no big time game laptop it only cost me $178 but it's a big step up from my current pc which is over 11 years old I believe. The OS on this pc is also bootlegged by the previous owner so I'll be happy to dump this thing!

So that's what has been up this month I know a lot of bad things have happened but I at least have something good happening!

Well - as I said in the TDV, it sucks that you're bedridden. Hopefully whatever the issue is, it can be discovered soon and fixed. It can not be fun, at all, to be trapped in the same location for so long. (I know that it would drive me crazy because, although I might choose to be in the same place for long periods of time, I would hate to have the option stolen from me.) It's great that you were given the option to get a laptop so that you'll have something to do while you wait around.

If you need somebody to chat with, I'm almost always online unless I've got something going on... which is not often.

I am very sorry to hear that you are bed ridden and that your cat died. I'm also very relieved that the pain killers didn't...you know...and that you're still here with us. Its good that you're getting a laptop and we can talk to you more now. I hope you heal soon and get through the illness with no problem

I wanted to elaborate on what the pain meds did to me. Before these new pain meds I was able to sleep fine. Then when I got them I would find myself waking up to what felt like a hickup. I got a sleep study done and it turns out I would stop breathing in my sleep. The meds made me relax so much that I would just stop breathing.

Having no pain meds though makes it so my pain overcomes my body. I am hoping with my next sleep study tomorrow night that I am doing better and there was no long term damage done. I will update you all on what my doctors found.

So sorry to hear that. I'm also bedridden for now (3rd surgery to my leg, broke it due to stupidity) but hey, there's fun things to do in bed. Look at the walls & ceilings, watch tv, have your gf (BF or bff, whoever it is for you) take care of some chores,etc. Point is.... I dunno lol. Try making a proper burial for your cat. As for the laptop... nice (I got a Macbook something... the newest one lol.). Maybe you should play League of Legends with me sometime, if you want....

Oh, the pain meds thing - that makes sense. It's too bad that they were too strong for you (I didn't comment on the meds bit earlier because I didn't understand it.) I hope the sleep study goes well. We don't want any severe damage.

Thanks! Well I don't have anyone really. Funny thing is I'm supposed to take care of my grandfather. He's understanding and he can take care of himself. As long as I can stand for a few minutes to cook he's fine.

My laptop won't be much for gaming I got a real cheapo. It will do better than this but I don't think it will handle the latest games. Plus don't you have to pay for league of legends? I can't pay for any games.

No... it's free on the site. It's the extra characters and items that cost money.

Well the doctors want me to have the sleep machine, but I was using it in the study last night and it felt like it was doing the opposite of what it was supposed to do. It felt like the air was being taken out of me. I just could not use it. >.< It was the most frightening thing ever! I rather have surgery than use that sleep machine ever again!

Good news though my laptop just came and I'm using it now!!!

I can't figure out the wireless it's asking for a password so I just put my cable wire in lol!

I love this thing it's taking a while to get used to the keyboard but it run smooth and feels smooth!

Four days later, I reply....Wow, I am sorry to hear your bad news. I have been bedridden before, it really gets aggravating after a while, so I totally feel you. And losing a good pet is like losing a good friend. If you need an ear to listen, I'm totally here too. What you need in times like these is good friends, and it sounds like you totally have them Reqiuem. Thank goodness for good friends, right? So keep your chin up and keep on pushing on.

Wow, I know how you feel about losing a pet you had for so long Req, I felt the same way when my dog Tyler passed away a few years back, I still miss him to this very day.

Oh and nice to know that you got a new laptop....

I am very sorry about your cat.  I had the same thing happen to me except my cats were murdered.  I can sympathize with the pain you are enduring for I have had to endure many grievances myself.  I hope you become well soon.  You will be in my prayers.
