This game is one of my favorite games now. It is so fun and addicting, it looks great and I would play this game for hours. 

GAMEPLAY A: Outrun is similar to Hang On, and Pole Position only better. You will be impressed by how fun this game is. There are several different paths to take, and that will keep you busy discovering all the different goals and paths. The road is packed with just the right amount of cars. Its not a big deal if you hit them but if you hit anything on the side of the road. Your car will flip and you will cost you a lot of time. It will get a little frustrating. In case you were wondering, the main goal is to get to a checkpoint and stay on the road as long as possible until you get to 1 out of 5 goals. At the end of each area you will have 2 different paths you can take to get to a different goal. This will happen about 4 times until you get to your last area were one of the goals are. The gameplay is simple for anybody to get into, and the controls are simple enough so anyone can get good at this game fairly quickly.

GRAPHICS A: The graphics are vibrant and smooth. I was impressed by how clean the graphics look. When you start playing you are at a beach which is very good looking. Every area has a certain look and feel, and you will love how they look. There is one little problem and that is the break up in the sprites but it will be kind of hard to notice. 

SOUND B+: The voice samples are kind of cheesy, but they're okay. The music is awesome. You have 4 great sounding songs to choose from. The sound effects are pretty good too. When you pass a car it really sounds like when you pass a car in real life.

ADDICTIVENESS A: I could play this game forever if I could. Its such an addicting game. Even though I went through all the paths and gotten to see all the endings. I still find my self playing this game. Its a good game for a high score contest too so you can compete with your friends to see who can get the best score.

DEPTH A-: There is several different paths to take and 5 unique ending, and there are 4 different songs to choose from. There's one thing that the should have and that is a 2 player mode where you can race with a friend. Even if Outrun was an arcade game. It still should have had a 2 player mode. Although I wouldn't of used it anyway so its not really important.

DIFFICULTY MEDIUM: The difficulty is pretty balanced, its not hard to beat it. Anybody can get good at it quickly.

I played Outrun before when I was younger. I got pretty frustrated by it because I sucked at the controls. Always bumping into stuff and going flying. It was fun though.
