Hello all Vizzed gamers and staff!!!
When I discovered this little gem of a site last week I was instantly taken with the idea and old arcade style feel. Because that's what this is, a retro arcade where I can play Apple II games like Transylvania like I first played back in 1988!! Brings me back to my childhood and the fun and thrill of the advancement of games to where they are today.
I think more people, especially young people should visit this site and (try to) enjoy the challenge and skill required to play these older, classic games. Unfortunately, what with the ADHD of today's youth and the need for better, more realistic game play, I fear some would not be interested in this amazing site! I admit I was just playing Dead Island earlier this AM, but now after a quick bout of Commander Keen circa 1990's game boy, I'm reminded how much I miss those old games and how HARD and challenging they were and still are...
Does anybody else want to share their stories of old school game play and favorite games from the good ol' days?? Some of mine (besides Commander Keen) are Wolfenstein, Doom, Soldier of Fortune, Metroid, Ultima 1-7, Space Quest and more.
Keep up the good work and let's all make this Vizzed Community the best thing out there!!!!
