All you have to do is post your favorite graphics in an NES game and why. For Example, Mega Man had my favorite graphics because while everything in the game has beautiful graphics, Mega Man really stands out like he should and has beautiful animations.

Well, In my opinion, some of the Taito games (Bubble Bobble, Panic Restaurant, etc.) have really good (and cute) graphics, Adventure Island games have really awesome graphics, same goes for Mega Man games. Every stage is unique and colorful... All the Mario games, those have really impressive graphics (specially the 2nd. And the 3rd.).
