I know this is already a thread, but it was closed so I'm gonna restart it. In the last thread I noticed a lot of people said they couldn't beat  Sephiroth, but I personally think Ansem at the end of the first game was a harder fight, seeing as I never managed to beat him but I did scrape out a win against Sephiroth once.

The boss I could never beat and still can't beat is Minerva from FFVII: Crisis Core. She has such an insane amount of health and she's way too powerful.
