I added this game to the Rgr with playing it for about an hour beforehand - so point is I couldn't find any info about it - the site I downloaded it from also said "We don't have any info about this game, blah blah".

I'd like to know how many gyms are in this hack because I researched this for about 2 hours before adding it to the RGR and I just don't have the time to play the entire game. Thanks.

Edit: Try searching this game for yourself and see if you can find any site with info for it - if you do, then yeah, post the link here.

But, how about Vizzed being the first site to have info about it (since I'm pretty sure no other site does).

Edit: The pokecomunnity thread about this title was with RPG XP as far as I know and isn't this game as far as I know...

well, I played this game for most of the day yesterday. I am not sure about the other starter pokemon, but Happiny (Mini dug in this hack) evolves into a pokemon called Dug!. This pokemon looks like Chansey with dreadlocks and is part dragon and part normal types. It learns different moves than Happiny (like hyper fang and fire blast). Also, this pokemon hack lets you play up to lilycove city where the giant pokemart is. I collected the six badges up until then and battled my rival. When I finished I went over to the team magma hide out to defeat them after going to mt. pyre, only to have the game automatically restart when you enter the cave.  So, the game is essentially the same game as ruby but the evil team is called "team hailz" and there are a few fakemon. HOWEVER, it should be noted that the growlithe fakemon evolves into Arcainine with a fire stone. I feel like there is much left undone in this game. You only encounter fakemon in the beginning of the hack. The routes are a little messed up, but the layout of the towns is identical after the cave near slateport city. I can't really think of too much else, and this is all coming from my own experience playing. It seems to me that most of the new things are in the beginning of the game.

lizzzz : Thanks, I'll try to incorporate that into a description for the game page - so it's 8 gyms in length, or how many gyms is six badges? lol I don't really play pokemon games.

So it's not that good of a game?

This game is OK. The depth/length is somewhat lackluster. Usually in a pokemon game you can play through 8 gyms and then battle a sort of "final level" against the Elite 4 and the league champion. Having only the first 6 badges while also missing one of the biggest side-quests in this game (when the player infiltrates team magma's base) is what really ruins the game. The hack was also kind of disappointing for me in that I thought I was getting some pokemon that the hackers created (often referred to as fakemon). The game started with a few fresh pokemon faces, and I was very excited, but after the first gym or second gym (which is barely the beginning) there were no new surprises. I was even tricked into thinking I was getting a new pokemon, only to realize as I played that it was exactly the same in every way except for the name and appearance of the pre-evolution of the pokemon. It even evolved into the original pokemon (which was VERY disappointing for a pokemon fan). For people who are familiar with the mother game of this hack, the map can be confusing and annoying. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this pokemon hack a 7. I found myself continuing to play despite the obvious flaws because I was determined to find new pokemon or see what other changes there could be (because there were not many to note) only to be disappointed when I arrived at a pinnacle part in the game.
