I have restarted the browser a few times and tried downloading it a few times but it still doesn't seem to work. And I used Google chrome. I have also restarted the computer console.

When you download, you're actually just saving a .exe file. After you download it, you need to run it. That will install the plugin. After you finish installing, it should work.

Sounds like you are trying to load this program on a Mac to me. As stated in the help files RGR plugin is only compatible with PC currently.

You can either run the Java emulators or use software that allows you to dual boot windows on a Mac.
