Contra is by far one of the greatest action games ever made, in the 80s and 90s it found itself on many home consoles including Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. This game is a Game-Boy exclusive which is a great idea to take one of the best shooting games ever and put on a portable console to take with you where ever you go.
The game's controls work very well and this makes the game easy to play, the graphics are very good for a Game-Boy game. Though I have to say the black and white adds a great gritty feel to the game. Like all Contra games, this game can be hard but can be beaten with some practice which is a good thing as it will keep you coming back to play it over and over.
So if you own a Game-Boy you should defiantly buy this game if you see it cheap, It is a great deal of fun.

I like Alien Wars, but I like the SNES Version better. Also, it was not a "gameboy exclusive" because it came out for SNES as well.
