So we've heard a lot of talk about the Skyrim Dawnguard DLC. There's rumours that it will be released for purchase during the summer. At first a lot of people (me included) thought that the DLC was just a rumour spread by people on the internet but now Gamespot released this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siSRRMwHFYQ
From what I've seen on the trailer it looks like it could be a good add, I mean they have added crossbows and it appears the Dragonborn can take on a new form. The only thing I'm worried about is that it could be riddled with bugs as many Skyrim players know, the game still has quite a vast amount of bugs.
I will try to keep this thread updated whenever more confirmed information is released.
My question to you is; Would you get this DLC? I know I'm already contemplating purchasing it upon release.
(apologies if there has already been a thread on this, I didn't see one in the Elder Scrolls sub thread so one may have already been deleted)

I've read a fair bit on the Dawnguard DLC, and I have to say I'm a fan.

This new form is an extension of Vampirism, and adds some new lycanthropy stuff (werewolf) as well. Among the new Vampirism traits will be the ability to fly (gonna love that) and the lessening of negative effects of being an "original" Vampire (IE - people will now talk to a stage 3/4 vampire, whereas they wouldn't before).

The story is going to be centered around the Dawnguard faction as well as the Vampires trying to take control of Skyrim, so you'll get plenty of action in this new DLC.

You will also travel to a plane of Oblivion that I do not remember the name of, although it looks promising.

New enemies will also be a new feature... in all, looks like a very solid DLC.

If the Vampirism really does get all this new stuff I may have to make an identical save so that on one, I ditch my Lycanthropy to get a new Vampirism save.
As for traveling to another plane of Oblivion, I can't wait! All the different planes all look so awesome, I wonder what this one will be like?
After reading this, my mind is made up lol I'm definitely getting the Dawnguard DLC
