The first entry in the EA Sports NCAA Football series isn't the best college football game on 16 bits (the succeding College Football USA '96 game would probably have that honor), but it is a good start to the series. I rated the graphics an 8 because it's mostly a graphical rip from Madden '94, which, when you think about it, isn't really a bad thing. Sound is a 7 because while the sounds themselves are the usual Genesis fare, to me, the music is a rather cliche mix of college band music and high school overtones. Addictiveness is an 8 simply because the game's many modes offer high replay value. This is also the case for depth, which is a 7. The difficulty is a 5 because even for a novice at the game (such as myself), it is rather moderate in difficulty.
