what they say on their website :
XStation is a free PlayStation 2 emulator for Windows XP/Vista, and written in C / SSE2 assembler language.
Not plug-ins required, Only official ROM BIOS (SCPH10000.BIN / SCPH39001.BIN). Currently not compatible with no games.
