The year is 4000.All devices in the Pokemon World are all connected and Professor Oak's research lab is moved to a building(Accessible through a train station)called Scilab.All towns and regions depend on that to survive but one JUST ONE team of bad guy's are planning to get a program called Swampert.It may sound like a Hohen starter because it is(Mudkip->16 Marshtomp->Level36 Swampert.Yes it is based of that but is only seen and talked about in Mudkips last form)Somehow a Navi with digging powers digs past Scilabs protective doors(Oak's lab)and takes him.You must fight Mewtwo(The bad guy's leader's Navi)then it is up to you to destroy Swampert with all the might you CAN to save THIS WORLD.You can Jack into Computers TV's and any type of Electric devices ETC.Don't forget we may see different color pokemon In the real world and in the Pokemon Net.Those will be represented by 2 3 and Alpha(The 4th)The 2nd version of the virus will move faster than the first and easy one and will be blue.The third will move faster than the second and will be green.The Alpha's will move extremely fast and have attacks that will always crack 3 straight rows of panels and these will be yellow.The easy ones(The Pokemon in the Palm town cyber world)will move slow and be red.Also after Joining you will receive a pet witch is needed to Jack into Electronics.Your Navi can be named the same as your Earth bound trainer or be named different.Their names must start with Cyber but I already got it down so you just need to put in it's name.



A kid named Jarry Rushes to Professor Oaks lab in search of a pokemon but all his Pokemon were Stolen.He tries to help but professor Oak say's it's dangerous and can't Jack in without 4 People or have a lot of Repels.He finds 10 repels so He Jacks in.He makes it up to Swampert's Area(The one with all the doors blocking him in.He forgot to use a repel but somehow made it)and see's it.Jarry:Hmph.I think that's Swampert the Ledgendary Program.Man if I weren't blocked out I'd grab him and take him home but I can't.He still forgets to Spray Repel so He runs into a Horrible mean and nasty Spheal 2(3 of them in the battle)(A red spheal)and dies.So the next day he waits for 4 more people to Join so he can proceed.

Using Pokeballs and any other type of pokeballs you may catch Pokemon in the Net or in the Pokemon world and those Pokemon will get sent to a folder that holds them till you put them in your Main folder(Witch is notepad).The Storage folder is going to be Notepad so always keep that open through out the day so you can put down witch pokemon you have in your Storage Folder till you switch them out.You can only have up to 5 folders.Another set of 5 folders can be purchased for 20000 viz(You can only purchase this once)You may also have a Pokemon to always appear at start of battle.
