slimeface1212 : First of all, these rules are universal and the mods do (should) follow them. Secondly, I'm not a mod anymore so I'm not sure what jurisdiction I would have over the rules.

Thirdly, that rule is there because mods are typically the ones that know best. They were selected to be a mod for a reason, after all. If there is a mod in the chat, they have the authority to tell you what you're doing wrong, and the right to mute/kick you from the chatroom if they choose to. Between a user and a mod, it's no contest. There is nothing wrong with the rule itself.

Now the issue arrives when abuse of power comes into play, which I will admit has run rampant in this community. When I was around, all I would hear are complaints of the mods abusing their powers and kicking people out of peer pressure or just for fun. To the mods in the chatroom, that abuse has to stop. I haven't been to Vizzed in a while, so maybe that's calmed down. But ideally, the mods should be impartially and only kick someone who's breaking the rules. That also means not giving someone grace just because they're friends, which I've seen happen a lot too.

I don't know how many of the mods will actually see this, but I just hope they recognize that what was going on around here before is unacceptable. There really needs to be a way to monitor mod behavior and harsher punishments for abuse of power.

Also the rules should probably be updated but a global can do that. ^^

Youka : SPAMMER.

Hey I got a question, are other languages allowed in chat room?
Maguc was talking really little bit of Spanish in the chat room. :/

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
