I don't know what it is but for some reason I have to hold down the Ctrl button for the buttons on the keyboard to work. I can't figure it out. It wasn't doing it before but now it is. If anyone knows what the problem is, PLEASE help me out.

This is an interesting problem. I know someone brought this up somewhere, but can't remember where. I am posting here in hopes of bumping it so some of the other staff can look at it. If nobody posts here after a couple days, I would suggest you PM this to the RGR Staff inbox. If you are no longer having this issue, please summon me back here so I can close this.
