I plugged my USB 360 controller in and my PC downloaded the driver. My problem is when I go into config>input in the RGR it won't let me manipulate the menus to set it up. The only button that works is TAB to switch the Devices. It doesn't react to the arrow keys or ENTER or anything else. Advice? Please and thank you.

Which system are you trying to use it on?

Generally, you should have to plug it in, double click the screen, and enable the gamepad. If you are doing this, make sure that you config the controls by clicking the control set up. Keyboard Up is not the same as control stick up unless you enter it sometimes. You may have to map the 360 controller.

I don't know much about any PC controllers (including using an xbox or playstation controller). Just by your comments, I'm guessing you're trying to run a Super Nintendo game since that system causes the most trouble. You can check this thread for help:
