When I try to play SNES games I get this direct draw error. It says to update my video card or use a 16 bit desktop or non-D mode. My drivers are up to date and I tried re installing the rgr plug in with no success. I have been on here for a while playing these games and never had this problem till recently. All the other games work fine its just the SNES games that this problem occurs, Please help,

Some possible solutions would be to:

- Run dxdiag (type dxdiag from your Start Menu into either the 'Run...' or 'Search') when the Direct X Diagnostic Tool opens, select the Display tab and disable all the graphics acceleration (DirectDraw/Direct3D/AGP) and then re-enable them

- From the SNES emulator menu select a video resolution that has "S" instead of D or W (non-D mode).
Esc -> CONFIG -> VIDEO

- If you're using Windows 7, running in XP Mode may run the game in 16 bit

- Uninstall and then re-install your video card drivers

tRIUNE : Thanks for attempting to help but these are the issues I encounter with your instructions, When I am on the display tab after running dxdiag there is no option to disable or enable anything and where is the menu for the snes emu where u can choose a video resolution, cant find that on the site anywhere?
