I have never done a recolor in my life so this is my first. I hope that it is not too bad but we will have to see how you guys like it. I am thinking about recoloring my user pic.

I've never recolored anything, I only created or patched up and edited stuff on my own with GIMP and Photoshop, not recoloring.

billythekidmonster : Actually, I found Paint to be a bit constricting to me, and GIMP to be simple for me. If you wanted to make a transparent background, you all you have to do is to make a new layer that is transparent and merge it with your desired picture layer, and erase away. (you have to zoom up and erase around the main feature of the picture, though.)
