I am planning on finishing the The Sword of Truth series.  I got to book five and got sidetracked some years ago, but I can't wait to see how it ends.  Anything you've been wanting to read but haven't found the time?

As soon as they arrive in the mail I will be reading two books, A Dance With Dragons, the fifth book of the "Song of Ice and Fire" series by George R.R. Martin that I have been waiting to read FOR YEARS!!! And Cold Vengence by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child, which is the latest book in the Pendergast series that I totally think you should all read like right now.

Other than that are the two newest books in the "Kitty Norville" series by Carrie Vaughn, Kitty's Big Trouble and Kitty's Greatest Hits. The later one is a short story collection that takes it's humor from Kitty being a radio host. For those that do not know, this series is about a Werewolf named Kitty whole is kinda the poster child for the strange since their existence came out accidentally on her radio show.

Wow, how ironic, I'm planning on finishing The Sword of Truth series as well.

I like the books, although I do hate when Terry Goodkind will rant over 20 minutes in text of someone's thought process when in reality, only 5 seconds have passed in real time in the actual story.

Yeah, Terry Goodkind can rant, but you fall in love with his characters and get invested in the story so he must be doing something right.

I dont usually read fantasy/sci fi books. Iv read a couple but the only ones i really liked where the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, good series, the book style changes a lot when the original author dies and another finishes his books, pretty annoying.

I'm going to start reading the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher pretty soon. My father has pretty much every book in the series and I figured I'd give them a shot. [=

Now that it's ending, I'm going through ( in some cases for a second time) The Wheel of Time series.  After that, no clue, although I may finally give A Song of Ice and Fire a go.
