I checked your profile and saw that your most recent activity was playing Pokémon Gold. There is no way to get all 3 starters in that game. I'm pretty sure there is a game in the RGR called Pokémon Crystal (All). Crystal and Gold have basically the same storyline, so you could probably get all 3 starters in that game.
