I dont know if in US you's know what capped is, but you have like a set amount of downloads per month. In our household, we have 40gb during the day, and 110 gb during the night (night meaning 1am to 7am).

We've gone over the limit, and now we are slowed down. I just checked the speed on SpeedTest.net and the result upload to download rate is quite amusing.

There is about 20 people in this house and most of them didnt listen to the printed rules we had around, so next time, if I see any computers downloading from limewire or anything like that, im going to kick them off the network
