I know this probably belongs in web splurge, but considering it's content is purely FF7, and also since I want it to have more exposure, I'll post it here.  It's an awesome FF7 stop motion fight between Cloud and Sephiroth using action figures and lots of special effects.  It's 8 minutes long, the voices are in Japanese, but there isn't that much talking so it isn't a big deal.  It's pretty intense, you should check it out.
