I put a picture and a minipic up for my profile but they aren't appearing. They are GIF and both meet the KB limit. But instead of a picture appearing it looks like a ripped piece of paper. I can see everyone's pictures besides mine so I just want to know the problem. Please help me.

Well the big guy did say several features may go down during the updating time.  It seems with this many people talking about it, I'd say your exactly right, this is one of the features he meant when he said that.  Okay then, we'll just wait it out for a bit and upload later on then.  Thanks for all the feedback for this, it really is great to see things getting so well organized by the team.
