Realistic the changes that could happen at the minute are - Jack Swagger and Justin Gabriel face turns, Layla has already gone face would have guessed she would before Wrestlemania, Miz will be a Face but not for a while yet.

Heel Turns - We've already had 2 Mark Henry & R Truth, can't see anymore but if there was to be one that maybe Khali.. preferred him a lot more as Heel

I think Daniel Bryan should turn heel. The guy is so gifted in the ring but he seems to be going nowhere with the WWE. Maybe a heel turn would help put him over with the crowd. Every one says Randy should turn heel again, but face or heel, it doesn't matter. He'll still be cheered. It's why he turned face in the first place, the crowd was cheering the guy too much to be a heel.
As far as people being a face...I'd say Justin Gabriel if only for the fact that he just looks like a face.

Jack Swagger should stay a heel. He just works better as one given his voice and his aptitude to use the Ankle lock in the match. Attack anything you want, but if you want to sideline someone, take out their ankles.

Big Show needs to stay a face. He's that jokey giant. I don't want him becoming another Mark Henry. Please. One Mark Henry is MORE than enough

Triple H needs to stay a face now that he's kind of in charge. If he becomes a heel, he'll end up like Vince McMahon. It's a good final destination, but he needs to be HHH, not Vince.
