this game and 3rd one for snes are definitely my favorite of the series although third one has most compelling storyline of all id say this one has the most strategical and complex experience and skill gain system of the older FF titles it also allows you to explore far beyond your ability level which adds dangerous element to field travel and if done right you can aquire advance exp, weapons, armor, majic,and items that can give you an advantage if you want it this can be hard to do though and it can also spoil game if overdone so expiriment wisely altogether a really fun game though if you like older Final Fantasy games I know i do!
