Who has it? Who just can't sleep some times? Whos up until 3 in the morning a lot? Well I always seem to have trouble sleeping. I got issues and I need tissues I need pills thats all I am getting at and I thought I would tell you all boardtians!

I stay up late a lot recently, but that is usually because I am talking to my boyfriend online after he gets home from work. Otherwise the lure of the boards calls to me... gets me in trouble a lot too.

However I would not say that I am an insomniac, since I am usually sleepy during that time. My friend Ryan is a total insomniac though, barely sleeps at night... ends up doing it at school between or during class. Heh heh.

I've suffered from insomnia since I was about 12-13...

It's something that if I hadn't been in home school would've ruined my life.
I know because When I was going to school at 13 I'd be too sleepy to focus on school work.

So basically your saying that your body knows what time zone your in, and has an internal clock? And as soon as you walk into a different time zone, your body sets it's clock to that time zone?
