Kyogre. I pick Kyogre over Groudon because of the fact that Kyogre could destroy Groudon in battle. There would be no competition between Groudon and Kyogre. It would be much too easy for Kyogre to win.

Groudon looks so much cooler than Kyogre. Honestly I would choose Groudon if he was a Fire type but since he is ground I am going to have to go with Kyogre. Plus blue is just way more awesome than red
