Aids is bad,and we want to murder aids for hurting all those space koreans feelings and screwy squirels feelings. so I have devised a way to cure aids.
1.get aids
2.get a radioactive isotope(preferably one with a quarter life)
3.used isotope on self to get cancer.(you see since cancer is like unicron to cells.cancer can destroy cells including the aids cells.
4.cure aids and obtain super cancer.
5.die
7.bask in wilford brimelys fat pools

But that is kind of stupid. Cancer cells won't destroy other disease cells, It only infects one particular area for the type of cancer you would receive, like how lung cancer probably won't affect your feet that much.

As for the radioactive isotope, it would depend on the amount of rem the isotope would give off, if it didn't kill you immediately. To get cancer, it would need to give off about 2,500 rem, which would also kill you pretty much instantly, and it would only give off 1 cancer. You would need to spread this rem distribution out to many people, as 300 rem would make you sick and 1000 would kill you in days of radiation sickness. Also, the 2,500 rem distribution would also only give cancer to one person, which would also make it a big game of chance. Most cancer is given off from poor living conditions or carcinogens. Not ridiculous isotopes.
As for steps 5-9, you wouldn't receive profit if you were killed before that particular plan was finished.
