In the beginning of each map,black squares cover 90% of the screen,after clicking on one thing,the big square goes away but all the important things are still blocked such as mineral and vespene amount,and the timer,they are everywhere and make it hard to play.

This is a problem with your graphics card, your computer isn't good enough to play that game, sorry. The N64 games require a really good computer, and can be pretty touchy and not let some people play them while they work fine for other people. We're working on improving N64 compatibility within the next few plug in updates, but I'm not sure how long it will be until they're released. Sorry for the inconvenience, try some of our other systems like GBA or SNES, all systems should all work fine for you except for N64, and maybe apple II.
